The building is presented as a single unit containing the private and collective program that frees the southeast facade. The volume fills the plot giving prominence to the proposed housing construction with a decentralization strategy for the vertical circulations. The metallic spiral staircase enhances all the shared spaces such as the patio, the galleries and the roof terrace.

The typology of the building is based on a container grid that makes the housing units more flexible, systematizing them into 1 to 4bedroom houses depending on the users needs. As for the materials, we propose using local cross-laminated wood that would minimize the impact on its carbon footprint, and three types of modular enclosures to optimize the building process.
